01 General Introduction

If any of your personal details change (such as email, mobile number, or payment account), notify kacino right away. kacino will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3.3 Account Closure or Suspension

kacino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.3 Transaction Verification

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until betting equal to 20 times the bonus has been completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Once a bonus is accepted, the applicable terms will take effect automatically.
• If a bonus expires, it will be considered void.
• kacino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent bonus use, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The kacino VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and contribution on the platform.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

kacino believes in fair play. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.

6.2 Betting Limits
